We seek a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to oversee the development and deployment of large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical leadership roles, with 8 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. They will be responsible for setting team priorities, developing the mid-term technical direction, and expanding our infrastructure while maintaining a universally accessible experience.

Beyond their technical expertise, this manager will bring exceptional communication and leadership skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineers across multiple teams and locations
  • Oversee the deployment of large-scale projects internationally
  • Set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals
  • Develop the mid-term technical direction and road map within the scope of your team(s)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
