About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Agent. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive conversions and support our company's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Campaign Development: Design and execute both cold and warm email marketing campaigns to support user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Email Automation Workflows: Build and manage email marketing automation workflows, including new user onboarding emails, automated emails for inbound leads, and campaigns to convert warm leads.
  • Email Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Email Deliverability: Monitor and improve email deliverability to ensure consistent inbox placement.
  • Email Copywriting and Testing: A/B test and iterate on email copy and strategy to meet organizational goals.
  • Marketing Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Customer Success, Community, and Product teams to proactively develop campaigns that address organizational needs and provide a stellar customer experience.
  • Marketing Channel Strategies: Build and enhance additional marketing channel strategies, including content creation, community marketing, and social media management.
  • Brand Integrity: Protect brand integrity by contributing to organizational communications, including social media, blog, PR, and web messaging.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or email marketing, especially cold email programs.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Robust experience with a broad range of sales and marketing email tactics, with deep expertise in at least one area.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Detail-oriented and creative thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in a fully remote environment.
  • Prioritization and Ambiguity: Ruthless prioritization skills – able to quickly and confidently identify the highest-impact areas of focus, and measure results.
  • Adaptability: A go-getter who likes to wear a lot of hats and thrives in ambiguity.
