About this roleJob DescriptionAs a HSE Specialist - Construction Project, you will be responsible for managing health and safety systems on large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with the Construction Manager to implement HS procedures and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS control matrices for various types of works, processes, and personnel
- Manage Health and Safety Systems on large-scale construction projects
- Conduct regular training and competence checks for site staff and sub-contractors
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly service reports
- Develop and execute HSE plans incorporating OSHA standards
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- 5+ years of experience in occupational safety, occupational health, and environment in infrastructure/energy/project operations
- Auditor courses (Internal or Lead) in ISO Standards (14001/45001)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Fluent in English
