Job Position

We are seeking an expert-level software test engineer to lead our testing team in developing and deploying high-quality software in cloud and desktop environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Recommend process improvements, technology updates, and interface enhancements that increase testing effectiveness and reduce technical debt.
  • Lead quality-related work, training, and mentoring of team members.
  • Evaluate acceptance criteria, determine test approach, write & execute manual and automated tests as necessary.
  • Own the testing automation strategy, test data management, and test automation for assigned projects.
  • Maintain existing test automation frameworks for all automated applications.
  • Write, debug, and execute code used in API and UI automated testing efforts.
  • Define, implement, and manage processes and best practices regarding automated testing.
  • Establish processes to review and select manual test cases for automation test suites.
  • Provide metrics on business process and code coverage for automated test suites.
  • Present test results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ Years of experience working in QA and Test Automation positions.
  • 5+ Years of experience working with C#.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Load and performance testing (Jmeter, Blazemeter, etc).
  • Experience working with AWS or Azure with some background in AWS.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Experience with AI is a plus.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
