About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team at Fime. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding front-end development practices across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces for our web-based applications.
  • Lead front-end development projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive and functional interfaces.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Optimize front-end code for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our user interfaces.
  • Work effectively within a team environment using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in production to ensure minimal disruption for our clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools (e.g., Lighthouse, WebPageTest).
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and APIs to ensure seamless integration with front-end solutions.
  • Advanced level of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completed degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, component-based architecture, and best practices for scalable front-end applications.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., npm, Yarn), and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks for front-end applications (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
