Slickline Service Leader

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced service supervisor to lead our slickline services in a geographic area.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, third parties, and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote good customer relations at the well site.
- Consult with customers concerning products and services.
- Review job designs and confirm proper equipment and processes.
- Perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.
The successful candidate will be an active participant in the quality improvement process and will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills to run complex slickline services under challenging conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads a crew in providing slickline services in a geographic area.
- Conducts job design reviews to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
