About Our Security Engineer Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to contribute to our security automation strategy. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain automations that improve how we handle threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and our overall security operations.

You will work closely with senior engineers to streamline critical tasks across various security domains, turning manual processes into elegant, automated solutions.

Our ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing threat data from diverse sources, providing real-time insights for informed decisions.

We are looking for someone to support efforts in making repetitive vulnerability scanning and remediation a thing of the past by managing and improving automated workflows to identify and address vulnerabilities.

Candidates should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a talent for identifying opportunities for improvement, and a strong desire to learn at least one scripting language (e.g., TypeScript or Python).

Familiarity with security concepts and a willingness to get hands-on with tools like SIEM, SOAR, or EDR platforms are also required.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our security and engineering teams, translating their needs into effective security automations.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a team, are essential.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Personal projects or coursework related to cybersecurity or automation
