- Medical Support and Presentations: Deliver scientific, educational, and promotional presentations to support pre- and post-launch activities.
- Medical Meetings and Events: Plan and implement medical meetings and events, ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Internal Training and Collaboration: Participate in internal training and collaboration with relevant scientific experts and professional societies.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) Degree: Hold a medical doctor degree with specialization in endocrinology or cardiology. Master's or PhD may be considered as a differential.
- English Proficiency: Possess advanced or fluent English proficiency for reading, writing, and conversation.
- Medical Affairs Experience: Previous experience in medical affairs in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in diabetes, is desirable.
Additional Skills and Preferences:
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate advanced interpersonal, communication, team work, project management, and presentation skills.
- Commercial Acumen: Possess commercial/business acumen and contribution skills.
- Scientific Data Translation: Ability to translate scientific data into meaningful, clear, and compliant content for customer communications and engagement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and manage direct teams, prioritizing broad deliverables of a complex nature.
