The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales order management, pricing strategies, tax regulations, e-invoicing, and the implementation of Nota Fiscal.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the configuration and optimization of the sales order management process within SAP, ensuring efficient processing and tracking of orders.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies within the SAP system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with local pricing regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on Brazilian tax regulations, ensuring accurate tax determination and compliance throughout the OTC process.
- Implement and manage e-invoicing solutions and Nota Fiscal processes, ensuring accurate generation and compliance with local laws.
- Work closely with finance, logistics, and IT teams to integrate OTC processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP OTC functionalities, ensuring proper understanding and utilization of the system.
- Stay informed on changes in tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements, making necessary adjustments to system configurations to maintain compliance.
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities and enhancements within the OTC processes.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP OTC Functional Consultant, focusing on sales order management, pricing, tax, and invoicing.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and e-invoicing, particularly related to Nota Fiscal.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP solutions related to Order to Cash processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
