Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our team in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and employees. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting managers with full-cycle recruitment and HR tasks, acting as an information source for all applicants and employees, and facilitating the best possible applicant and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: We are looking for someone who can assist with onboarding seasonal and year-round employees, maintaining a recruiter inbox, assisting with monitoring and reporting, and operating under a continuous improvement mindset in elevating the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Support Payroll & HR Operations: You will provide support to managers with timekeeping/absence inquiries, completing unemployment claims in a timely and accurate manner, running select HR & termination reports, and performing compliance audits.
  • General HR Support: During peak times, you may be required to support our employee service outlet, The Stash, and/or other departments during peak guest times.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT is essential.
  • Experience with other Microsoft products (i.e., Teams, SharePoint) is also desirable.
  • Demonstrates high levels of resiliency, hardiness, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-regulation.
  • A desire to serve others and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Understanding of outdoor, adventure lifestyle is beneficial.
  • Ability to work under demanding targets and meet deadlines.
