We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Manager to lead our Medical Devices team.

Our ideal candidate will have direct management responsibilities for the field Clinical Applications team, overseeing daily activities, including territory issues, disciplinary situations, and performance reviews. The successful manager will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience in commercial applications and training development. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee training and development of Clinical Applications Specialists
  • Assess and coach Clinical Applications Specialists
  • Develop training programs for the Clinical Applications team
  • Oversee daily activities of the Clinical Applications team
  • Communicate with Clinical Director to address issues and identify opportunities for growth and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years related work experience
  • RDMS in Abdomen & Ob/Gyn
  • RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred
  • Minimum 3 years commercial applications experience
  • Proven experience in managing interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to travel 50% or more of the time
