Job Description

We are seeking an expert in finance and banking software consultancy to join our team. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will provide expertise in one or more implementation areas of the product throughout the stages of TEMENOS products implementation projects.

  • You will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to less experienced consultants on complex functional issues during the implementation and client relationships development.
  • A strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job is required.
  • You will demonstrate strong Stakeholder Management Skills with all contacts and successfully implement respective Product specialism.
Responsibilities
  • Focus on complex functional problems generally without day-to-day supervision or direction.
  • Analyze client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS products capability.
  • Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. Workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
  • Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
Requirements
  • Professional with a minimum of five years of experience in Finance or in banking software consultancy.
  • Fluent in English –verbal and written. Additional language skills would be of benefit.
  • Good understanding of financial and banking processes around Core & Payment Stream.
  • Fully understood and able to deploy the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology.
