Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Training Delivery Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and facilitating onsite and virtual training programs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver multi-functional courses to drive a customer-focused, experience-driven learning culture">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support international operations">
- Evaluate courses to recommend the best one for employee needs">
- Analyze training evaluation activities to measure course/program effectiveness">
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training">
Requirements:
">Bachelor's degree (minimum)
">Classroom and/or webinar facilitation: 3 - 5 years
">Software/systems: MS Office, SharePoint, Oracle LMS, Microsoft Teams for Training, Power BI
">Bilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
">Experience and exposure to ADDIE, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Styles
