Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional with extensive functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, focusing on financial modules and locations for Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically in finance-related modules and regions, including LATAM, the US, and APAC. They will be responsible for providing high-quality functional support and resolving issues within tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Module Support: Provide expert-level support for financial modules in Oracle ERP Cloud, including Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing, Collections, Accounting, Payables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues with high quality and within deadlines, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Closing Support: Aid users during closing activities in different regions (LATAM, US, APAC), ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Regression Testing: Perform regression testing on quarterly updates to the SaaS environment, verifying system stability and functionality.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with SOX standards and maintain documentation according to ITIL guidelines.
  • Best Practices: Lead best practices in support, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, focusing on financial modules and locations for Brazil.
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP and 5 years in Cloud (Fusion).
  • Implementation Background: Participation in at least 3 completed implementation projects (LATAM and US).
  • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of tools like BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and REST.
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
  • Languages: Fluent English.
