Job Title

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of a Fluids Specialist.

  • This position involves supervising the delivery of successful, efficient and professional products and services
  • Identifying sales opportunities and communicating information to supervisors for follow-up
  • Negotiating effectively with clients regarding billing issues and service irregularities within approved timelines
  • Communicating contact information to clients who may require experience in specific products, processes or services
  • Promoting positive relationships with clients on-site and demonstrating focus on customer satisfaction to ensure high-quality work
Key Responsibilities

The Fluids Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality work
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities
  • Negotiating and resolving client issues in a timely manner
  • Providing expert knowledge and advice to clients
  • Buidling strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in drilling fluids and completion courses
  • Advanced office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Fluency in English (desirable)
  • Residency in Macaé or surrounding area (desirable)
