We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring customer reconciliation and cash collection, leading to increased cash flow, reduced bad and old debt, and mitigated risk related to non-collection.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively collect cash from customers and manage customer relationships.
- Handle daily order releases and customer queries, driving issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage credit risk by monitoring payment behavior and proposing credit limit changes.
- Manage customer ledgers and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Continuously improve processes to drive customer satisfaction and promote service efficiency.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on debt collection and cash/overdue forecasting.
- Support system and process improvement initiatives and provide input on cash forecasting.
- College or university degree.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very strong customer service attitude and strong MS Office knowledge.
- Fluent English language skills.
