At MIGNOW, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can identify and understand the main pain points and needs of potential clients. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing technical and commercial inquiries during initial interactions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements to create detailed and tailored proposals that highlight product or service differentiators.
  • Present technical solutions aligned with client needs, emphasizing the value provided by the company.
  • Support the sales team in defining approach strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, documenting and recording relevant interactions and information in JIRA.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales of SAP solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or similar).
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese due to interactions with international clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for creating technical proposals and planning pre-sales activities.
  • Customer-oriented approach, with a focus on addressing client needs and delivering value.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
