Regional Warehouse Operations Manager

This role is a strategic leadership opportunity that requires a seasoned professional to manage and oversee regional warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves leading a team of direct report supervisors and external warehouse operations, promoting a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, defining and managing the regional distribution model, and overseeing relationships and performance of 3PLs and external warehouses.

• Manage regional warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of goods.
• Promote a culture of excellence, driving performance, and accountability among team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of experience in logistics, warehouse, plant supply chain, or regional supply chain.
• Proven track record of leadership, with experience in managing people and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of logistics systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with IT systems and solutions, including ERPs and productivity software.
