About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding our teams through agile methodologies and tools, ensuring that we deliver high-quality projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide strategic cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools.
  • Focus on helping the team communicate, collaborate, and remove barriers.
  • Connect agile values to our company's ways of working in tangible actions.
  • Organize and facilitate all Scrum-related meetings.
  • Work with the product owner and team to develop roadmaps and manage the backlog.
  • Monitor the team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint.
  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics.
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
  • Prioritize workload and ensure appropriate sizing and standardization of user stories.
  • Coach product owners, other Scrum Masters, and individual team members in opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as an agile ambassador in sessions across the organization.
  • Ensure the team reaches a position to sustain the learning, mindset, and practices.
  • Co-create the agile standard for the business and socialize it as part of the overall change management plan.
  • Train and coach more junior Scrum Masters.
  • Train the organization on agile values, practices, and tools.
  • Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams.
  • Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to provide real-time insights into project metrics and performance.
  • Ensure configuration and maintenance of Azure DevOps environments.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the Azure DevOps setup.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • 6+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams.
  • 6+ years of Scrum Master active experience.
  • 6+ years of experience influencing, engaging teams, and driving change.
  • Current professional certification in Agile Methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Communication Skills.
  • ADO experience.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.
  • High EQ.
  • Experience working in SAFe practices.
  • Experience as a software Release Train Engineer or Scrum of Scrums Master.
  • Lean, continuous improvement/process improvement experience.
  • Experience in a TPM environment.
  • Experience working with design thinking.
