Operations Executive

The role of the Operations Director is pivotal in overseeing the plant's operational processes from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements.

• Develop and implement effective safety programs, procedures, and KPIs to ensure overall safety performance in the plant.
• Lead the operations management team comprising production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and safety departments.
• Establish and maintain environmental initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with central support functions to optimize plant efficiency in terms of profit, productivity, and cost.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Proficient English language skills for effective communication.
• Manufacturing leadership experience, particularly in high-speed manufacturing/packaging environments.
• Experience working in matrixed/high-growth organizations is beneficial.
