- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic discussions across commercial, marketing, and operational functions to align on product planning and market dynamics.
- Consolidate and optimize product requirements to define a competitive portfolio.
- Support business cases and scope changes with well-documented insights and backup data.
- Drive the definition of key selling points and value propositions.
- Engage with clients to understand expectations and positioning solutions confidently.
- Utilize internal data sources to deepen understanding of consumer behavior.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and monitor quality issues.
- Promote team development through coaching and structured initiatives.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or related disciplines.
- MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or related roles.
- Experience in people management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
