Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth and innovation in our cybersecurity consulting services across LATAM.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-impact services to our clients, while shaping the evolution of our capabilities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support new business development and deliver high-impact services to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive growth and innovation in cybersecurity consulting services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leadership and success in driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity consulting services and ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 10+ years of experience in a related field.
