We're seeking a skilled mobile software engineer to join our team and help us develop a robust human capital management solution.

Job Description

As a mobile software engineer, you will play a key role in building and refining mobile features with Swift while also gaining exposure to PHP, Flutter, Kotlin, and MongoDB. Your expertise in iOS development will enable you to contribute to the development of a new subproduct within our client's portfolio, streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and simplifying payroll.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and enhance mobile iOS features using Swift
  • Ensure successful integration with backend services via REST APIs
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code, including unit tests to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Collaborate with team members to design features, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality

You will be working on ESS (Employee Self-Service) applications, developing and maintaining mobile components of a robust payroll platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of commercial Swift/iOS development experience
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services
  • Familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Ability to work on ESS (Employee Self-Service) applications
  • Familiarity with unit testing and maintaining code quality
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability

A strong desire to learn and grow is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with PHP, Flutter, Kotlin, and MongoDB is a plus.
