We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our organization in the role of Education Quality Assurance Assistant. This position is responsible for contributing to the development of academic practices and processes guidelines to be implemented across all units.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of academic practices and processes guidelines.
  • Monitor educational processes across all departments and stakeholders, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure pedagogical project effectiveness and adherence to Red House's standards.
  • Support schools in their authorization process at local boards of education.
  • Assist schools in hiring and onboarding pedagogical teams.
  • Participate in fortnightly meetings with school coordinators and boards for pedagogical monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Provide individualized support to pedagogical coordinators through in-person or telephone consultations.
  • Organize and deliver training courses for Red House's pedagogical teams in collaboration with the People Design team.
  • Ensure seamless student and staff adaptation during new unit launches.
  • Conduct on-site visits to evaluate pedagogical effectiveness (School Excellence Program).
  • Periodically review and supervise schools' planning to guarantee adherence to the Teaching Guide.
  • Collaborate with the Support Department in planning activities for students with special needs and inclusion cases.
  • Guide schools in creating event briefings.
  • Report to the Head of Education Quality Assurance on all special attention processes, referrals, and routine operations from all Red House units.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of the area through technology utilization, including Red House's Content Management System.
  • Be available for travel opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience working in schools, especially in early childhood education and elementary school settings.
  • Background in school management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
  • Analytical profile with critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with bilingual teaching methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training courses.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Desirable: experience in coordination or bilingual school leadership positions.
  • Higher education in fields such as Pedagogy, Language Teaching, Production Engineering, or Business.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong reading, writing, and conversation skills.
