We are seeking a skilled professional to assist players with issues and guide them to solutions.
Job Description:
- Assist players with inquiries and resolve their concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve player-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with teams in English.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for playing games.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Proficient in professional English (speaking and writing).
- Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Understanding and enjoyment of computer systems.
- Good computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard typing.
- Uninterrupted electricity or UPS backup.
- Knowledge of RPG games, mobile gaming, PC gaming, console gaming, and e-sports.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Basic math and logic skills.
