Production Assistant

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our production team. As a Production Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills and experience will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Equipment: You will be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment is properly set up and aligned before use.
  • Meet Quality Standards: Carry out routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
  • Inspect Finished Parts: Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
  • Maintain Logs and Records: Maintain logs and records of units produced and report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
  • Ensure Safety: Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
  • Maintain a Clean Workspace: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Follow Regulations: Follow safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
  • Diploma and Experience: Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Teamwork: Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Interpretation: Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.
  • Quick Learning: Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
