Brazil Country Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this position will oversee the entire accounting function in Brazil, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of professionals to achieve our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the accounting process, including financial reporting and auditing.
  • Supervising a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP and local statutory standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting for a multinational company.
  • Local CPA or Public Accounting certification required.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
