S&P Global is seeking a skilled professional to join its Structured Finance practice as an Associate Director.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit ratings, research, and analytics, with a strong understanding of structured finance products. They will be responsible for providing high-quality credit ratings, analyzing complex financial data, and developing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including bankers, issuers, and investors. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit rating models and methodologies
  • Analyze financial data and develop insights to inform credit ratings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality credit ratings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in structured finance, with a focus on credit ratings and research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, including structured finance products
