We are seeking a skilled CMMS Engineer to play a critical role in optimizing maintenance and inventory processes within our Offshore Production business unit.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a hands-on approach to supporting end-users and maintaining system data integrity.
The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our continuous improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with various teams to enhance operations and drive performance.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities across all operating assets in Brazil, fostering a seamless operational environment.
- Deliver hands-on training to end-users on IFS CMMS and related maintenance and inventory processes, ensuring their competence and confidence in utilising the system.
- Monitor CMMS system usage, advocate best practices, and implement efficiencies to protect the integrity and functionality of the system.
- Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of Maintenance & Inventory KPIs across Brazil's operational units, providing insight that drives performance.
- Support the Functional Manager and Operational Managers in analysing maintenance and inventory performance, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CMMS, collaborating effectively with team members to uphold high standards.
- Actively participate as a member of the Support Issue team, executing tasks and responsibilities related to maintenance and inventory support.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical, Marine, or Offshore Engineering, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience.
- Experience in the offshore maintenance industry, specifically with comparable ERP systems, with preference given to those who have worked with IFS.
- Experience in strategy optimisation is advantageous, enabling you to influence process improvements effectively.
- Proven experience in working in a global environment, collaborating successfully with diverse teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and respect across teams.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to quality, detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
