Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered approach.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your design work.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
- Advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in designing for consumer-facing applications.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with native English speakers.
- 3+ years of experience working with American-based products.
