We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to automate infrastructure, applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuration management, API development and data governance frameworks, with additional exposure to data engineering and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision and deploy infrastructure and applications using automation tools such as Ansible.
  • Design and develop APIs for seamless system integrations.
  • Build workflow automations using Power Automate and M365 tools.
  • Support data governance initiatives by leveraging Microsoft Purview for compliance and data management.
  • Contribute to data engineering tasks using Databricks and Python scripting to build efficient automation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve compliance and enhance system reliability.
  • Apply best practices in automation, documentation and security.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience as an Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience with API design and integration.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate and M365 ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks and Python scripting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of broader data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
