Key Responsibilities
Launch Execution
- Provide expertise in creating engaging visuals and compelling content that drives consumer interest in new products.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches.
Continuous Split-testing & Innovation
- Stay ahead of competitors by identifying emerging trends and opportunities through continuous research.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance overall performance.
Launch List Management
- Build and maintain an engaged list of active consumers eagerly awaiting new product releases.
Support to Brand Manager
- Assist the brand manager in various initiatives and projects.
- Provide expert support for legacy product relaunches and conduct quality assurance testing as required.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
