Business Systems Analyst Lead

The Business Systems Analyst Lead will spearhead efforts to define detailed specifications for business systems that align with business processes. They will lead solution delivery by facilitating requirements analysis and design activities with stakeholders to accurately determine future system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit future systems requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design, and implement business solutions for complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, maintenance, IT) to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements, use cases, GUI designs.
  • Identify innovative business solutions that challenge assumptions of how business operations can be successfully executed.
  • Participate in defining the integration between proposed development projects and existing systems, software, and hardware.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science).
  • 7+ years job-related experience minimum.
  • 5+ years experience implementing solutions for complex systems supporting business processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements.
  • Business process knowledge (e.g., Plan-to-Produce process, manufacturing execution systems).
  • Manufacturing system knowledge (Maintenance, Quality, SAP PM, SAP PP, Production, Process, SCADA, OPC).
