Regulatory Financial Leader

This role involves overseeing financial statements, regulatory reporting, and management reporting for two legal entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information, as well as managing cash flow, invoice collection strategies, and short-term investments.

  • Assist in conducting capital analysis, budgeting, and profitability metrics to support senior management decisions.
  • Liquidity Management: Service Center's cash flow, invoice collection strategy, short-term investments, funding needs.
  • Collaborate with lines of business to support new business initiatives by assessing local and US applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate the Business Plan and ICAAP annual exercises for the Argentinean Central Bank.
  • Monitor Financial Ratios required by BCRA such as Solvency & Liquidity and supervise the daily limit monitoring and monthly reporting to BCRA.
  • Provide guidance on BCRA regulations including Capital related, Liquidity, Credit, and Other.
  • Accountable for the integrity of the local and US books and records of the legal entity.

Key qualifications include a public accountant or bachelor degree in Business Administration (with accounting background), team management experience, proficiency in leveraging new technologies, and working experience in Financial Institutions or External Audit Firms.

Preferred skills include strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to function in a time-sensitive role with strict deadlines, product and business knowledge to support local businesses, and ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
