The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the delivery of consulting services to customers migrating to the Mphasis platform or utilizing it to support their Healthcare Payer operations. With deep knowledge of the Mphasis platform, payer operations best practices, and client business objectives, this role develops individualized product utilization and process-rich strategies to maximize system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery of consulting services related to plan build and related activities for customers.
- Develop tailored strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze client business requirements and design solutions to optimize system performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Professional Services teams, including training and opportunity development.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience utilizing Mphasis platforms.
- Strong knowledge of plan build configuration areas.
- Detailed understanding of Health Plans and TPAs, payer operations, and business fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
