Overview of the role:

We seek Junior Node Developers to join our Development team in various projects composed of multicultural teams distributed globally. We're looking for proactive people who are passionate about programming in this language and oriented towards providing the best user experience.

The developers will face numerous technical challenges, requiring them to use current technologies, get involved in mobile and web applications, devices, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting Bandit backend systems using best practices.
  • Implementing and iterating features in a tactical manner and rapid pace.
  • Collaborating and working efficiently across functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Designing, extending, and implementing APIs.
  • Maintaining high engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
  • Creating engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools.
  • Defining engineering processes for product launches and releases.
  • Helping grow the world-class engineering team via technical interviews.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Node development.
  • Experience in Video and HLS.
  • Advanced English level.
