Role Overview:

As a junior team member, you will provide administrative support within your area of expertise, focusing on data compilation, monitoring, and reporting. You will work closely with your supervisor to ensure excellent service delivery and information management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver operational and administrative services in your assigned area, ensuring the monitoring of performance indicators and routine activities.
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to presentations and discussions.
  • Support the sector's demands by working closely with the Shared Services team (expenses, reimbursements, and infrastructure processes).
  • Prepare and present internship activity reports to the area manager every 6 months.
  • Contribute to the professional development of young apprentices in your area, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents generated by the area, adhering to established standards.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment policies, guaranteeing that your area meets the required standards and regulations.
