Project Initiative Lead:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing business requirements and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business IT requirements to develop technical solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical team and HQ staff to drive infrastructure project proposals
  • Define resource allocation, project scope, roles, and responsibilities, and project timelines
  • Monitor project status to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Identify and address problems that arise with the project team
  • Ensure acceptance from project personnel and report on project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain records of project documentation
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in solutions and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or business discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset
  • High-quality project delivery experience in IT infrastructure setup and solutions
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills
  • Good problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking
  • Result-oriented and excellent time management
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
