Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with users and suppliers to understand User Requirement Specifications (URS) and ensure data enablement and system integration requirements are met.

You will work closely with solution providers to align on data requirements, system integration, and evaluate data readiness of the factory. Your task will involve hands-on configuration or working with suppliers to perform data enablement from low-level devices up until historization in both on-premise data centers and the cloud.

You will manage project timelines and costs, working with suppliers to deliver projects as per agreed requirements. You will also periodically update project progress and report to Mars management teams.

Additionally, you will work with factory stakeholders to drive adoption of deployed solutions and realize benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma in Automation/Control Systems/Mechatronics/Computer Science
  • Proven working knowledge at least 3 years' experience in Operational Technology (OT)-Information Technology (IT) integrated environments, both hands-on and project management
  • Familiarity with Industrial automation and control systems, including Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) Factory Talk system, Schneider Electric, Wonderware Intouch, AC/DC Drive, Motor, Inverter, HMI
  • Hands-on experience working with technology stacks, including PTC Kepware and Thingworx Platform, Azure IoT Hub and Datalake
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
