Job Overview
- Our team is looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and priorities for the COO who works closely with the CEO.
- Prepare project status updates and materials for daily communication between the CEO and COO.
- Manage the CEO's project timelines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Own the CEO's calendar coordination using systematic scheduling frameworks.
- Anticipate project needs for the CEO before meetings and important calls.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years in project coordination or project management roles.
- Strong project management and team coordination skills.
- Experience managing marketing and sales projects.
- Self-starter mindset: able to identify and initiate valuable projects when capacity allows.
- Proactive coordination: able to anticipate project needs rather than wait to be told.
- Systems-oriented: able to create project workflows that ensure nothing is missed.
