Job Title: Associate ITS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows to improve business processes.
  • Ensure the quality of automation by implementing QA processes.
  • Develop technical specification documents for RPA projects, including PDD, SDD, and process flow.
  • Prepare detailed systems specifications for translation into structured IT infrastructure.
  • Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to elicit business concerns and translate them into system development requirements.
  • Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, new systems design, and implementation timelines.
  • Provide input for the development of detailed project workplans and effort estimates for solution development.
  • Support defect escalation and identification of root cause.
  • Communicate technical requirements to IT stakeholders and technical solutions to business analysts.

Requirements:

  • Broad training in a related field.
  • Experience with analysis-level tools for activity diagrams, use cases, business rules, and system-level features.
  • Experience developing and managing workflows using UiPath software and RE-Framework.
  • Experience with maintenance of active bots, setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows.
  • Experience with code versioning using GIT.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Technical development experience and knowledge of associated tools and software development lifecycle.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Azure solutions.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
  • Experience working with SQL server database.
  • Knowledge of IT framework concepts.
  • Experience with DevOps model or equivalent framework.
