Job Opportunity: Digital Printing Expert

We seek an experienced professional to lead our digital printing efforts. As a Digital Printing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support and consultation on digital printing products, technologies, and industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support & Consultation: Provide in-depth knowledge and consultation on digital printing products, technologies, and industry trends to clients.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to digital printing equipment, software, and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase digital printing capabilities and features to potential and existing customers.
  • Project Management: Manage the deployment of digital printing solutions, including installation, calibration, and integration with customer workflows.
  • Process Optimization: Work with clients to analyze their printing processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency, quality, and performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital printing, print production, or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital printing technologies (e.g., inkjet, laser, UV, etc.).
  • Proficient in color management, RIP software, and digital printing workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with prepress workflows and file preparation for digital printing.
  • Familiarity with color calibration tools and quality control methods.
  • Knowledge of different substrates and finishing processes used in digital printing.
