Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Expert to join our team at Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort. This role requires a unique blend of hospitality skills, culinary knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is truly unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Service: You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and presented in an attractive way.
