About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits management, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement new HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, benefits, and performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • eSocial proficiency.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
