Your Mission:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with our team to assist clients in transforming their businesses using the Salesforce platform. You will leverage technology to provide greater business flexibility and improved customer experience, playing a crucial role in delivering value and impact to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, including creating target audience segments, message personalization, and scheduling sends.
- Utilize automation to manage workflow, create and execute campaigns, and evaluate and optimize results.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create high-quality and impactful experiences.
- Develop and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing campaign elements.
- Manage email lists and effectively segment target audiences.
Necessary Skills:
- Creation of automations and file manipulations for data integration.
- Knowledge of Email, Mobile, and Automation studios.
- Knowledge of Journey, Content, and Audience builder.
- Knowledge of SQL and data structures (data extensions and lists) for clustering and base segmentation.
- Agile process: scrum, or other.
- Conversational English.
