Global Logistics Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to lead the delivery of projects within a global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) context.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, in-scope, and budget-friendly execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, procurement, operations, and IT.
- Develop and track project plans, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives in logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, including complex international projects.
- Demonstrated background in logistics/supply chain projects (e.g., warehousing, transportation, distribution network optimization, last-mile delivery, logistics systems implementation).
- Experience in FMCG industry or with global retail/logistics organizations preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, SAFe or equivalent) required.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantage, especially for Buenos Aires-based candidates.
- Availability to work in Americas time zones is required – candidates based in Europe (e.g., Poland) must be open to working in those hours.
