About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-oriented Sr. Program Manager to join our Reading Subscriptions team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in crafting strategies to grow the relevance of subscriptions in digital reading and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer insights to drive business growth.
  • Work with stakeholders to influence key inputs that drive the growth of our programs.
  • Own merchandising initiatives and collaborate with international teams to ensure a high customer experience bar.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to identify opportunities for program growth.
  • Create and execute long and short-term marketing/traffic plans that align with seasonal marketing strategies and long-term objectives.
