Performance Improvement Specialist

Job Description:
The Performance Analyst plays a key role in defining and monitoring performance metrics for Shopee Express' middle mile and last mile operations. This involves collaborating with operational teams to identify areas of opportunity for innovation and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance KPIs and support teams to optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency.
- Report on performance results, analyzing large data sets to extract insights that inform decision-making.
- Create high-quality weekly presentations and reports for upper management and operational leaders.
- Support the monitoring and control of Shopee Express goals and key initiatives, refining OKRs as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree from any major and intermediate English skills. Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel is also required. SQL skills are highly valued.
