Job Title

The Account Director plays a crucial role in leading and inspiring the team to achieve desired objectives, quality, and client satisfaction.

This position combines account management and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational perspective.
  • Lead a team, providing coaching and mentoring to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop ecommerce strategies and serve as an advisor to clients and the team.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through thorough analysis and understanding of their business needs.
  • Support sales teams with information and input for pitches.
  • Implement innovative ideas to drive business growth and execute them effectively.
  • Conduct daily analysis of team efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing team members, providing feedback and performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • A strategic thinker with a business-oriented approach.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervising or team management experience, with a passion for developing leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years of ecommerce experience.
  • Proven project management skills and experience working with eRetailers (especially Amazon & Walmart).
  • Able to build long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Experience in strategic business consulting.
  • Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and profit/loss.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
