Product Manager for Cross Border Solution

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the conception and implementation of a new product that simplifies cross-border transactions in Latam.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a product with significant impact on Amazon's customers. The successful candidate will coordinate with business leaders, tax, legal, and engineers to develop the program roadmap required to support new legislations.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the design, budget, resourcing, coordination, and build the program support to manage this new product for cross border.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the program features and enhancements for a new product in the cross border space at Amazon.
  • Build Services to help sellers comply with local legislation.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns.
  • Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders in US, China, Latam, EU including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, Seller Services and FBA.

A Day in the Life:

  • Review recurring business metrics and propose improvements.
  • Work with international product teams to identify Seller Experience improvements.
  • Work with external partners to simplify tax compliance for international sellers in Latam.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
